Once upon a time there was a lonely king. A king born with the power to take the color or pattern away from anything, turning it to a grey or monochrome tone. When he got a kingdom of his own, he took the color out of everything, even the people, astounded with his own magical gift. When everything was grey and bland, people ceased to visit this king. Everything in his kingdom had been permanently turned to grey. Only shades of gray, black and white everywhere. The only color left in the entire kingdom was his deep brown eyes.
Suddenly one of his guards appeared at his door.

Golden shaffts of light delicately filter through the plum tree's deep red leaves,
dappling my face with random bright blotches.
The sky is bright with colors of sweet caramel and butterscotchs.
The sweet songs of a catbird's strewn out repetoire fills my head with delight,
Peaceful inspiration sweeping around me.
Like the soft purring of a cat who yearns, do not ignore her plea.
Fingers fragily stroke their new creation as if gingerly creating,
small imperfections that will make it perfect.
detailed explosions erupt through the entire piece colorfully flecked.
Light begins its transition slowly, evenly dispersing throughout the sky,

everywhere I look
1 important, fun to play
great gift for today
2 would help me create my dream
with my story of dragons-- I'd beam!
3 showed me what were capable of
my dream to become reality out of love...
4 taught me a lesson on life no matter how bad it goes
how many foes--
theres always
someone else
with the same reality
same cruel brutality
always,
The same chance to change it...
Heart Boggling
actions forgiven
removed depressed condition
living on in life of quiet submission...
love stolen and returned
heart no longer burned
the feeling I feel now was yearned...
It came, bubbling to the top
kept coming nonstop
welling up inside like a mad crop...
no longer to be controlled
reaching ouside of me--
to grasp the faint light among my heart...
returned, to my normal state
emotions no longer against the grate
for me, your love did await...
not going to remember
nothing heard from me but a quiet purr
my thoughts so slender...
to only consentrate on the good
before feeling so misunderstood
standing as strong as any girl
